Outline

Catalytic oxidative coupling of methane to ethylene over multi-redox catalysts at low temperature in an electric field are studied. It is elucidated that reaction mechanism of the catalytic reaction in the electric field at low temperature, and an effect of electric field on the activity and the selectivity for direct methane conversions. It is also focused on development of the highly active, selective, and stable catalysts for the reaction in the electric field. Moreover, the catalytic system apply to the other light olefin productions from methane and/or light alkanes.
