Metal nanosheets are materials which have high reactivity derived from metallic catalyst and structure. Therefore, metal nanosheets are widely expected to exhibit higher catalyst activity than the conventional metal nanoparticles. This study aims at synthesizing metal nanosheets consisted of various metallic elements and establishing the technology which can directly convert methane as a reactant using the metal nanosheets.
