Outline

This study aims to construct novel transition metal-oxo species having high oxidizing ability of C-H bond of methane by utilizing a supramolecular conjugate of a porphyrin and a phthalocyanine as a platform. Moreover, the supmoralcualr transiton metal-oxo species will be further activated by creation of electronic perturbation with various solid supports to obtain highly potent solid-supported catalysts capable of direct and efficient oxidation of methane under mild reaction conditions.
