Outline

This study aims to reveal reaction mechanisms of methane conversion reactions on metal-oxide binary model catalysts by operand spectroscopic measurements. The final goal is to develop a principle for catalyst design based on obtained fundamental knowledge. In addition, operand measurements of real catalysts will also be performed to reveal electronic states of catalysts during reactions, and to improve catalytic performance.
