Outline

A synthesis material process is investigated for the membrane single crystal of ferroelectric and magnetostrictive materials. Flexible single crystalline films are expected to maximize the piezoelectric and magnetostrictive characteristics of thin film crystals. The development of membrane process for both of Pb-free piezoelectric and rare metal free magnetostrictive materials would contribute the sustainable energy harvesting.
