Outline

The purpose of the research is to develop highly durable and efficient material for thermoelectric conversion using semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs). Especially, we will focus 1) to find out an efficient and durable doping mechanism for SWNTs and 2) to reveal a preferable network structure including the number of contacts and the distance of the contact gap. Final target of the project is the development of thermoelectric battery for wearable devices.
