Outline

To realize the wireless sensor networks, this study challenges the fabrication of flexible thermoelectric conversion sheets with an output power of the order of milliwatts. I will fabricate a novel technique allowing for high impurity doping at low temperature and apply it to SiGe that is the most proven thermoelectric material. The whole process from crystallization and impurity doping to device fabrication will be performed at low temperature, leading to superior thermoelectric devices formed on a soft plastic substrate.
