Outline

In this research, I develop a lens-less monochromatic camera system that uses an array of optical devices and achieve instantaneous multicolor sensing of a three-dimensional (3-D) scene with the sunlight. One of the challenges is to record a 3-D motion-picture image of a dynamically changing vital phenomenon by combination with fluorescence microscopy. Because the developed camera system can perform multicolor imaging without color absorption, I try to apply this system to multicolor sensing of weak light.
