In the human brain, it is believed that multiple regions function in cooperation, but it is still unknown how it relates to thought and cognitive functions. Recent studies have revealed that brain activity data obtained with fMRI can be reproduced well by Boltzmann machine. Based on this, we develop a method to analyze the dynamics of the whole brain. Using this method, we study alterations in brain dynamics in the affected brain.
