Outline

Unifying and extending the embedding theorems in dynamical systems and the topological data analysis, this project aims at revealing the mechanisms underlying large-scale neural activities that generate human consciousness. Furthermore, we use these methods to develop clinical technologies for disordered consciousness, and to create versatile analytic techniques applicable to a variety of large-scale systems.
