Outline

In this project, I address the problem of growth control of cells by integrating various mathematics via the variational structure in population dynamics. By applying the integrative theory, I also investigate the way to extract information from single-cell measurements in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theory. This work may contribute to expanding and deepening mathematical basis for perturbation design for cancer and pathogens.
