Outline

New smart scaffolds and artificial cytokines based on DNA aptamer that regulate cell function will be developed in my project. To obtain these DNA aptamers, improved SELEX methods, which contains deep sequence with next-generation sequencer and high-order separation by capillary electrophoresis, are utilized. These technologies provides large amount of aptamer candidates having excellent and unique functions.
