Multicellular morphogenesis is controlled by mechanical and chemical behaviors of individual cells. However, it has not yet been known how the individual cell dynamics are integrated into tissue morphogenesis through their interactions. This study proposes a new technique to predictively control three-dimensional tissue formation based on physical modeling of single cell dynamics.
