Outline

How is the variety of individual cells integrated into a single living organism? Answering this question is the purpose of “omics.” I, in this project, will develop methodologies that can analyse the energy flow at the single-cell level in animal and cell assembly models. By studying the physical parameters that bridge through the hierarchy of biological systems, I aim to provide new insights into the roles integrating cells to an organism.
