Outline

In single cells, behaviors in genome, transcriptome and proteome are mutually and dynamically connected resulting in complex cellular states. In this project, based on advanced high-throughput live cell imaging and three-dimensional genome structure analysis, we develop a novel system-wide quantification technique that captures dynamics of each omics behaviors at the same time in single living cells, in order to build a basic concept for understanding the dynamic linkage between omics.
