Outline

First, a method that enables highly efficient adaptor ligation to single-strand DNA will be developed. This method is expected to enhance the sensitivities of data acquisition for nucleic acid-related omics. Next, using the ligation technique, an efficient protocol for template preparation for single-cell DNA methylome sequencing will be developed. Finally, integration of methylome and transcriptome obtained from the same cell will be pursued.
