Outline

Cancer stem cell is a key of tumor formation and metastasis due to their stemness and self-replication. However, the detailed characters and functions are not clarified yet because of the low population and plasticity. In this study, in vitro single cell analytical technology will be fabricated to elucidate the essence of the cancer stem cells. This study reveals a mechanism of the stemness plasticity and innovative treatments for cancer stem cells would be provided.
