Outline

This project aims to realize the “cellomics” approach by using 3D-histopathology on CUBIC, a comprehensive cell analysis pipeline with tissue clearing, 3D imaging and informatics. In particular, I will try to find out a principle for efficient penetration of stains and antibodies in a cm-order 3D tissue sample, which will expand the current 2D-based histopathology to 3D. I will also try the pathological examinations with clinical samples, based on the 3D-histopathology and imaging.
