Outline

We have synthesized Serinol Nucleic Acid (SNA), which is chemically stable in cell. SNA forms a stable duplex with a complementary RNA. The purpose of this study is to detect RNA in cell with high sensitivity by developing SNA probes. Functions of RNA in cell will be elucidated when expression level and localization of RNA are visualized by SNA probes.
