Outline
Dynamics of chromatin structure is functionally linked to genome function including transcription. Spatiotemporal organization of the chromatin structure is suggested as an emerging key player to regulate stochastic gene expression and cellular heterogeneity. I will try to develop new techniques allowing live imaging of hierarchial chromatin structures.
