Research Outline

This research is aimed at developing a new method of analysing trace amount of metabolites by single crystal X-ray diffraction using porous single crystals as crystalline hosts that accommodate and orient incoming metabolites. This technique will be applied to visualization of metabolic pathways and design of new prodrugs.
