RNA contains a number of posttranscriptional modifications, which are critical for maintaining the cellular homeostasis and the development of diseases. This study is aimed to develop a state-of-the-art technology to measure the global posttranscriptional modification levels in RNAs. Particularly, this study will apply the newly developed technology to reveal the dynamics of RNA modifications and the molecular mechanism of neurological diseases.
