Basic and applied research on plant viruses supported by a new mathematical model
I propose a new mathematical model to deal with plant viral population in a host plant. This model will provide good explanations to many phenomena in plant virus research, especially to their evolution in a host plant. Using this model and experimentally obtained data, I will establish effective methods to control and utilize plant viruses.
