During our embryogenesis, cells display the collective behavior to establish many shapes, patterns and functions.

Interestingly, such orders can autonomously emerge from un-ordered conditions even in the absence of leaders. It is suggested that local communication can develop a cellular population into highly organized system.

In this research, I am planning to analyze the generating mechanism of gordersh in multi-cellular systems focusing on the function of intercellular communication.

For this purpose, two dynamic systems, gcollective oscillation of the segmentation clockh and gthe grouped cellular migration of sensory primodiumh, will be analyzed based on the computational and experimental approach.
