Outline

This research project focuses on the future photonic applications of high-quality solution-processed metal-halide perovskites. A variety of functional materials, such as single crystals and nanoparticles, are synthesized in order to reveal which intrinsic optical properties are essential for photonic devices. By discovering the capabilities and limits of metal-halide perovskites, we intend to develop photonic technologies that benefit from the versatile and exceptional optoelectronic features of solution-processed perovskites.
