Outline

A diversity of cell types are moving around and interacting each other in our living body. Recent bioimaging techniques have enabled us to grasp their modes of migration and function in vivo, although the mechanisms controlling their dynamic nature have still been unknown. In this project, by combining next-generation sequencing technology with advanced imaging technique, we develop a novel method for identifying critical factors controlling celular behaviius in vivo, and elucudate how the cells are manipulated to maintain prper function in living systems.
