In this research, we aim to construct a Cell Chip MS system to obtain an ultra-high sensitivity multimolecular phenotyping system that allows for proteome and metabolome analyses in a single cell. First, we will develop basic technologies for single-cell separation, sample preparation for single-cell components, and high-sensitivity mass spectrometric analysis. Finally, we will construct a Cell Chip MS system by using a combination of these technologies.
