Outline

Airborne LiDAR has been expected to unveil the forest structure while information contained by itself is not sufficient for a clear structure representation. This study leverages multimodal learning based on neural network to integrate multiple earth observation data aiming for forest structure estimation, which has not been achieved by conventional statistical algorithms.
