Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) aims to establish Japan as a nation built on the creativity of science and technology and serves as a core organization for implementing Japan's science and technology policy in line with the objectives of the Science and Technology Basic Plan.
About JST Washington, D.C. Office
JST Washington, D.C. Office was established in December 2004. Our mission is to strengthen scientific cooperation between JST and our counterpart organizations, between JST and local scientists and researchers, as well as to study and analyze STI policies and R&D trends in the US. The office has also helped support various scientific collaborative arrangements with other countries in the Americas.
