This program promotes Japan's identifiable and continuous support to the long-term collaboration in developing International Joint-Research Hubs together with ASEAN countries, India and China for the purpose of cooperative open-innovation between the stationed Japanese researcher and the local researchers, which is accessible to industries and aims to provide direct solutions to locally and globally shared challenges.
