We open the QNN Cloud system for public, so that interested scientists and engineers all over the world can experience the QNN. The QNN Cloud system consists of a web application server managed by NII, the QNN system located at NTT Basic Research Laboratories, Atsugi-shi, Kanagawa, Japan and the QNN simulator using the Shobu supercomputer located at Riken, Wako-shi, Saitama, Japan. This system enables general users to experience QNN computation without having expertness on complex optical experiments. In the first release, the users can find solutions to NP-hard maximum cut problems of all-to-all connected graphs up to 2000 nodes.
