The main objective of our project is to develop chemistry-based methods which allow analyzing dynamic functions of natural proteins and evaluating the interactive molecules under living conditions, instead of in test tube circumstances. Such molecular technologies are expected to not only facilitate the innovation of molecular imaging with high selectivity for diagnosis, but also enhance the development of molecular pharmaceuticals with high precision and efficiency.
