JSPS' Support System for International Researchers
JSPS undertakes various programs in accordance with each researcher's career stage or purpose of invitation, so it can invite outstanding international researchers to boost Japan's academic research scene and to promote globalization. One such example is the "JSPS Post Doctoral Fellowship for Overseas Researchers." JSPS is forming and strengthening ties between Japan and international researchers by building an organization consisting of those already invited to Japan through previous programs, and by providing opportunities for re-visiting Japan.
