Co-Principal Investigator

Haruro ISHITANI (Project Associate Professor,  School of Science, The University of Tokyo)

Outline of the Project

The purpose of this project is the development of truly effective chiral catalysts for asymmetric carbon-carbon bond forming reactions, which can be applicable to industrial processes.  We will realize highly original technologies by expanding our own basic sciences dramatically and collaborating with other related sciences.  These researches are aiming at technological innovation for industrial applications as well as revolution of basic sciences based on new concepts, and lead basic science world.
